Sparks Are Flying - Makorra - Legend of Korra

So somewhere I saw a headcannon about mako teaching korra how to lightningbend, and I was doing yoga thinking “Sup, warrior 2 totes looks like lightning bending.” So this happened. 

My original idea was to have them on a beach as an excuse to put korra in a bikini top and have mako shirtless.

But the sky was too bright for the lightning to show up… also I am trash at backgrounds that aren’t blobs of color.
